Work not yet done

Hi. I am new and need a little bit of guidance. My client set up the contract as a one-time payment for me to transcribe 3 videos (1 project). I accidentally sent her the first transcribed video via a milestone. Is there a way to withdraw my payment request for the first one so that I can later send all three, together, when done?  Thanks tons.

Your client has 14 days to release the funds in escrow after you submit your work.

Will you complete all of your work within that period?

If so, you and she can agree she doesn't need to approve release of funds until after you have submitted all three works, right?

Hi Will. Yes, I will complete the work. Thank you, that makes sense and I will let my client know.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

Also, you may not want to use the green "Submit" button to submit your remaining work.

Each time you click that button, the 14-day payment period re-starts.
