I am new here at UpWork, still undesrtanding how things work.
I had a little issue this week. There was a job with not really clear instructions, and I misunderstood. I have charged the client 10USD instead of 5USD for a milestone.
How is the best way to fix this? Can I edit the bill? Should I give a refund?

Once the earnings are available on your account (after our 5 days security period) you will be able to issue a refund to your client. Thank you.
