I have had several attempts to enter details of my Visa card and now due to I am getting this error "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to add a payment card." I can't buy connects. I am waiting for your quick response. Thanks!

It looks like the verification charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.

I have contacted my issuing bank, also tested payment on other websites. and everything works fine except for UpWork.
