I can's submit any proposals and it keeps telling me to edit my profile althugh i edited it and it's 100% complete, so i want please a solution for that and how to attach my CV and a Cover letter in my profile?

Ive updated my profile as much as I can and I still get this message, You can resubmit your profile for review after correcting the issues that were identified during the review process. Please check your email for the complete list of issues? I never recieve an email either? What am I missing? Thanks

Right off the bat, here are some major problems that I see:

You do not have a profile title.

You do not have a city name listed.

You only have 1 profile item.

Your profile photo does not look like the photo most of us use.
