Please, help to solve this issue. I am a new Upwork user. Yet I have worked here for a month - two. For the moment I have had several active contracts my account has been suspended for anknown reason. Last message I recieved on my email was:

I have send All required documents, my ID and my bank statement. Already passed about 48 hours. and no messages or steps for solutions were not recived.
I am ready to send any required information.
