account has been suspended

Hi team,

I would like to reactivate my account. I just created it but i get suspended 
i didnt broke any rules. 

While searching through emails I came across the last communication upwork had sent me.

It says 'Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support.'
Could someone please assist me get my original account back?
