Having your account suspended typically means that Upwork wants you to do something in order to restore your account to normal operation.
It might be something very simple, such as ID verification or video verification.
Look for instructions from Upwork in email, spam folder, on top of Upwork page, Bell icon, Question Mark icon, Help & Support section, etc.
