account suspended

I don't understand why my account got suspended immediately; this is not practical; if you want to enhance the quality of the platform, providing a unique experience for your clients, you might need first to improve your structure ;

why don't you set up a video call and request the new users to show all the documents you need for your verification process before sending random and automatic suspend?

Or do you guys have already enough users for your platforms and you don't care about anymore?

Check my profile on freelancer.com ( it is varied ) only here. Everything is unanswerable!
