after creating my account, it can't pass review.

Hi, I am a new freelancer and I want to work on upwork so I just created my upwork account but it can't pass review.

I waited for 24hours and changed profile and tried in serveral times but it's the same every time.

So I closed my account and created again but it is also under the review.

I am so frustraited about this and want to resolve this issue asap.
