application completion

I was filling in the application and came across two catorgories that would not let me record my information.  Every time I put the information in, I couldn't get it to submit the information.  I used the scrolling devise to get to submit.  I used the down area.  Neither worked.  Why am I not being able to submit my information.  My picture, education and work experience.
