Please it's the same problem for me, I don't know if my account is approved though I received an email clearly stating that "your account is now live". But I don't know if it is possible for me to send job proposals as an individual since I am in an agency. If yes, please how will it be possible?Thanks

But please how do I get to be a non-exclusive freelancer, being able to
work in my agency but still as a sole freelancer out of the agency

I had already read the article but I'm unable to change my exclusivity
state because I am in the team by default and the only option I get is to
leave the agency.

I`m sorry about the confusion, Collins.

Please reach out to the agency owner and ask them to update your status. Only the agency owner can change the status of the agency members. Thank you.
