Hello there,
I beginner on upwork. I applied a job on graphics design category. Then after some time a client massage to see more sample of my design. I sow him some design. then he didn't response. Now I want to know what is it means? Am I get hired or not? On my job proposals. It says "1 active candidacy"

You are not hired (yet) when there is no contract. Also, I suggest you to delete your screenshot as it contains the name of the client.

Hiu is right. Unless you click on "My Jobs" and see the project listed under "Active Contracts", you have not been hired, and should not do any work beyond what you've already done.
And if it's a fixed price project, you should only begin work when the project or milestone is actually funded. Only then is the money actually secure and covered under Upwork's "Fixed Price Protection". If the project or milestone isn't funded per the terms you agreed upon, then there's no guarantee that they will actually pay once you deliver your work.
