can not create my profile

can not create my profile even if I have completed it 100% 

Just can't see the button that says anything about completing or creating the profile

Hi Zilola,

 

I checked your account and it looks like you still haven't fill in the information for your address. Please complete it and click the option to review application. After that, you will see the option to submit your profile for review. Profile reviews may take 24 hours from the time you submitted it. Once the process is completed, you will receive a notification to your Upwork account and an email as well to let you know of the status of your profile approval.
