can not log in

I can not log in to upwork. Every time i try to login an error page is shown

I'm having trouble logging into my client account. I get the message saying user not found. I have had the same user name for 2 years. 

I just reregristered with the same email address and was able to register but the account is blank. Non of my pass information is available.
