can't upload profile picture

I've tried multiple times and multiple ways to upload my profile picture. 

I've tried clearing out my cookies, switching computers, switching internet browsers, switching pictures.

Please fix this.

I'm sorry to hear that. Can you please try to crop your photo? Please include only your head down to your shoulders and please resize it to around 200-300 pixels. Please also make sure that you are facing the camera and if you are wearing glasses, please avoid having any lights reflecting from them to avoid problems with facial recognition.  You may also read this article to help you set up a good profile picture.
