can we do the job without adding milestone

Hi i am new to up work i finished my first fixed project and received the payment, now the job goes to awaiting milestone. Now Clint give me job and ask me to do without adding a milestone and without sending offer. what can i do

Tell them that you cannot start working until they create a new milestone and fund it.
