can we share the external freelancing profile link in upwork proposal

I am new here I want to build my profile on Upwork also. I worked in many other freelancing sites and am top rated there. so I just wanted to include one site so clients can see my work rating and reviews. Can I include my other freelancer site profiles on the proposal cover letter? so clients can see my works and ratings.

No, you did not because the answer is no longer valid. 

Since the new rules came into place you may no longer include anythng that allowes the client to contact yo anywhere other than on Upwork.
