cannot check other's proposal

how can I check the other's proposals whenI am placing bids on jobs? I think I should be able to do that because I paid for the plus membership a few days ago. Can anyone please help me on this? I think I just donno where I can find the feature cuz I am a stranger. Thanks.

You cannot see others' proposals. You just can see the high, average and low price rates of proposals after a few freelancers send proposal. And, it is placed under the job post.
