cannot submit proposal or apply for a job

I apdated my address yesterday, but still cannot submit my proposal, it keeps saying that I need to update my address.

Hi Tornike,

I see that you've added your address to the Invoice Address field which is completely optional. While you can add your address there, in order to submit proposals, you will need to update your address in the 'Location' field. This is in your User Settings > Contact info and it is the field right above the Invoice Address field. Hope that helps!
