cant add new work in my profile...it says :"Once you've completed contracts on Upwork, you'll be able to link your work." what contract is talking about?

A freelancer won't be able to add a new portfolio item or edit an existing one without adding a Specialized Profile because we are encouraging freelancers to create Specialized profiles. Specialized profiles allow freelancers to better describe the work they do and showcase their skills, portfolio items, and previous work experience in a format that helps clients find the best freelancers for their specific projects.
I have made my specialized profile some days ago. now I want to add my portfolio but unable to add it. kindly let me know if I'm doing something wrong. (cleared cache and cookies)
I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly. However, please go to your general profile and add your portfolio item. Once your item is listed under your general profile you can go to your Specialised profile and publish it as well. Thank you.
Same problem with my account too. I can't add a portfolio to my Upwork account. There is no button to select template now. I have added 4 portfolios already, but not anymore. What is the reason?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I completed a job for a client, and when I try to add the article to my portfolio, it says, "Once you've completed contracts on Upwork, you'll be able to link your work.." Is this because the client hasn't allowed it? I cleared my cache and restarted the browser, and I see no other suggestion on this feed as to what it could be. Thanks!
