cant apply for jobs profile issues

When i try to apply for a job it keeps telling me i need to do something with my profile. I do not know what I am supposed to do ? I have filled out evrything except the payment method. Why does this site have NO WAY to contact any support other than this?

Because there are millions of people on this site - you can ask questions here, or you can open a ticket with customer service. Live support is not available to everyone for obvious reasons. Your profile has to be approved and 100% complete, and a membership plan chosen, before you can start submitting bids.
