client has stopped responding after i completed work for him - how do i get paid?

If it's a fixed-price contract and if the money is in escrow, you go to 'My Jobs' - 'My Jobs' and then 'Submit Work for Payment'.
If the client doesn't respond in any way, the money will go to 'Review' after 14 days and they will stay in 'Review' for 5 days. After that, you can withdraw the money.

If the client chooses to manually approve the work, then you'll skip the 14 days and the money will go straight to 'Review'.
