confirm and fund button is greyed out

I'm trying to pay an upworker, I enter my credit card details but confirm and fund button is greyed out.  I can switch it to paypal and enter that info, but still the confirm and fund button is greyed out

Hi Mat, 

It looks like you were able to add your Paypal account as a billing method for your Upwork account. I can also see that the billing method is active. Could you please try clearing your browser's cookies to see if this resolves your experience? 

Did you also want to add a credit card for your billing method?
