connects not available

Hi

I joined Upwork recently.

in profile settings page, it shows i have 20 connects
But I do not see connects in dashboard and when I want to bid on a project it prompts me to buy connects

Hi Michael,

I checked your account, and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive member, all of your proposals are submitted as a member of the agency. If you'd like to change your agency membership from exclusive to non-exclusive, please go to Agency Settings > Members & Permissions > Agency Freelancer.
