connects withdrawal problem

Hi, I buy 80 connects more by paying 12$. But now I want to cancel this deal. So is that possible..?

Can I refund my 12$ by refusing these 80 connects..?

And please tell me that If I will not use any connects then should they as it is in my profile or they will expier..?

Please suggest me.

I'm not sure a refund is possible but I'm sure your connects takes up to one year before it expires. More information is here: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062898-Using-Connects

Hi Anant,

Thank you for your message. Refunds are not available for Connect purchases. Purchased Connects expire 1 year from the date of purchase. A maximum of 140 Connects can roll over each month.
