connects

Hi, 

 

I tried to buy 'connects' twice today. For the first transaction, my credit card was charged but the purchased 'connects' does not show up in my balance.  

 

Please help!!!

I checked your account but don't see the transactions for the Connects. Do you have a Reference ID so that I can look into this further for you?
