Hi Community, 

My connects are done and I have not been able to secure an offer. I want to buy connects to send more proposals but my payments using my visa card are declining. My question is can a friend who has money on their upwork account transfer money to my up work account and I pay for the connects. Then we settle it locally.

Transferring funds between accounts is not an option at the moment. This will depend on your location but all freelancers can purchase connects with a credit card or a prepaid card. Thank you.
