created profile last week, this week it asks me to enter information afresh

I created a new freelancer profile last weekend, today when I login to see its status it asks me to enter my skills etc. all over again from fresh. 

Please advise how I retrieve all that information already entered? I did not yet get any approval email, could that be the reason that it shows an empty profile?
