i wanna to deactive my account for a month 
because i am afraid of , if i am not working a month the account will be closed 
and this month i wanna to up my skills ,

and in this month i will start mini course to improve my skills and this course will take all my time

No, that is not how it works.

Upwork does not do anything bad to your account if you are not working.

The only thing that might happen is that your account could be set to private. But as the other thread participant said, you should do that yourself.
