There are two ways.
On the client's side, there is a button that the client can click to allow manual time to be added.
If the client does that - and if the contract is still open - then you can go to the Work Diary screen and record your time manually.
Alternatively, the client can use the "Bonus" tool to pay you an appropriate amount. The client-side Bonus tool works even if the contract has been closed.
