email and chat function

Hi, I started hiring freelancers for the first time last week. Now I have questions about my contracts. I read in the help section that I should have buttons to call, email or chat with Upwork. Only I do not have these buttons! Please tell my how I can contact you.

Hi Marieke,

You will need to select your issue category and sub-category first found on the options on the left. Once you have filled in all the details, there is a Green button that says NEXT that when clicked, will bring you to another window where you can choose the option on how you can reach customer support.
