Hello everyone

I wanted to ask If I ended a contract with a client who didn't pay me anything just started the contract and then we had a  little conflict and I ended the contract without him paying me Is he able to leave a public rating about me? or not?

Contracts that do not have any earnings are hidden from your profile and excluded from your work and feedback history.
