error while trying to hire a person

Hi. I'm new to upwork. I'm trying to hire someone but I keep getting the same error: ''City may only include letters, digits, space, dash and apostrophe. Should include at least one letter.''.  What should I do?

Please go to your account settings and chose top tab on left, ''My Info''. Kindly, try adding address details and phone number in order to fix this error.

Thanks. I removed non-english letters from my address info and the error is gone.
