Where are the web pages or downloads for the "disclousure of costs" for using Upwork kept?

ie. Where does upwork keep the information on the costs?

You can access all the transactions on your account by going to Reports > Transaction History. On that page, you can adjust the filters to display a specific transaction category and display results for all or a specific client only.
