first job apply and how to contact with client?

Hello I am really new with this company even thought I have experiences with retyping. I can't decide what is scam or real job. and I am typist. How clients take a time to contect after proposel? Some client that I applied they whant to conect with telegram. Should I trust them. If you are not mind, I wanna know your firs time jobs experiences.
