Last week, the Upwork sent me a letter saying that the money from my account is being transferred to the Payoneer account and please confirm this.
I did not plan this and I want the money to remain on the Upwork account (for buying connections).
How can I cancel this transfer? I contacted the Payoneer support service, but did not receive a response.

Your funds have been successfully withdrawn, unfortunately at the moment, we can't reverse a withdrawal. Purchasing connects can vary based on your location, but all Upwork users will be able to purchase Connects with a credit card or prepaid card. Thank you.
I have the same problem as Andri. I would like to cancel the transfer to Payoneer account and I still have 2 days till the money be transferred can you please cancel it. Payoneer said I can still cancel it through you
