Hi there, I am new to the platform, so is the client interested. In my service. She has decided to hire me after an interview, but neither of us knows how it works - how we schedule it officially in the system, how she pays, etc. Could you help us out, please? Thanks

If both you and your client have active accounts on Upwork, they should be able to send you an offer. Once you accept that offer, a contract will be created and you'll be able to start work.
