Hi,

I am new to freelancing, i have 100% profile and passed test for android, python, django and ionic. i dont have any project and my Job Success Score should be 0%.

my question here is how to avail Include Rising Talent: Yes. please help i dont know how clients decide to award project to freelancers.

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)
• Deliver great results to your clients
• Complete your projects on time and as promised
• Maintain a 100% complete profile -
• Keep your availability status up-to-date
• Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
• Have been active in the past 90 days
