Client asked to continue next week and disapear for few days so I think need to change date limitation (term). Really I do not understand milestones completely.

That date can not be changed.
But do not worry too much about that date.
Upwork doesn't use that date.
It is only presented as a text string for reference purposes. Upwork does not track whether or not you turn in anything by that date.
The important thing is your communication with the client.
If you will not be turning in something by the agreed-upon date, but you and the client are both aware of that and in agreement, then the date you see on Upwork's screen doesn't matter.
