how to add agency in freelancer account?

We recently have an agency and want to invite a particular freelancer , but where he has an account already it doesn't work. How can we have him added without having to make a second account..please assist me

Hi Kavita, 

On your Agency Settings page, click on the Members & Permissions link. You should be able to see the Invite New User button on this page.
