I am new on upwork, and I am an MS Office Professional, my profile/skills are best suited for Virtual Assiatant and I am extremely talented that's a fact, but I often fail to express/explain myself/skills while proposing for a contract, your suggestions please. I have more than enough working experience in the same by the way.

And while proposing, you need to just focus on them and how you will put them to execute the job.
