The lower level graphic design category is hopelessly oversubscribed with literally hundreds of thousands of self-proclaimed designers trying to sell their services.

Unless newcomers can offer something that is in actual demand, they tend not to be accepted

For starters, you need to post a profile photo showing your face.

Hi Yunas,

I checked your account and it seems that you are an exclusive member of your agency. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under the agency. You can find more information about it here.

Thank you.

How do I change my account from exclusive to normal ?

Why I am saying this is becuase I have resumed upwork after so many years and I did created an agency back then but now I don't see the need of it, I don't want monthly subscriptions (Agency Plus feature) but I want to purchase connects as a freelancer and try my luck in winning the projects.

Sorry about the delayed reply, Yunas.

If you are the owner of the agency,  you can change your status from Exclusive to Non-Exclusive under agency Settings > Members & Permissions.
