Just thought I'd post to say that my issue was finally fixed thanks to Mark from Upwork help.
There was still some funny stuff going on with the browser but he said they've fixed something with the website so if you clear the cache and cookies again, allow camera and mic for the upwork support page and turn off your adblocker for that page its possible to get the chat started.
Verified and not on hold anymore!
I had already uploaded my document for identity verification, but when i am clicking on Start Chat for further process of identity verification, i am being redirected to this page "https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us?action=verify-profile" and then again automatically getting redirected to My job feed page "https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/?email=&external_id=&kind=error&message=Cannot%20sign%20in%20sus..." and in the URL i see "Cannot sign in Suspended User".
Need help with this.

why does this keeps coming out?
Today I received the email from Vincent (Upwork, Video Verification) which informed me about "Upwork Help: Action Required: Upwork Temporary Account Hold". The reason is because I "haven’t responded to our request to verify your identity".
The thing is, I already did it on Jan 24th. My profile already has an ID verification badge. Could any Moderator please have a look at it?
Also, I am aware of the an URL to the request in Vincent's email: https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/28229476
and I have tried to open it many times but the error occured and the site said
"At this time some users are not able to connect with us for video calls or to verify their identity. If the link you were provided by us is not working, please try using a different browser or try again later. Thanks for your understanding."
Please be informed that this problem also happened many times with other freelancer, please see this
I totally understand that some of you can view it without any problem, and I have done everything I could (clear the browser's history, change the browser). But this obviously Upwork's issue (hence the message above).

I received an email saying that they can schedule a google meet call with me if I only suggested a time. I did suggest a time on two different days but they never got back to me.
It will be a huge scandal if you decide to limit my account when you are making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to verify my account. I dont see why you dont just remove this requirement for now until you have sorted out your bugs.
Please reply to why you didnt get back to me about any of the times that I suggested for the google meet call and also confirm that you wont limit my account tomorrow as I wont be able to verify my account because of you.
So sorry for bothering you, but I am facing this exact issue. Whenever I click on any link on the help page, I get redirected back to the main page. Can you open a ticket for me and help me to take a look at it? I cannot even open a ticket as it keeps redirecting me back to the main page, sadly.
