i' a new member

hello,

i' a new member and i'm not quite used to the website i don't even know where to type my question. anyway, i have done somework to someone contacted mye yesterday; i finished the work at the same day and sent it to him now he doesn't answer. the website didn't even require my bank account info ,i mean how would they pay me !!!!!!!

now, the client is not responding to my msgs .i don't know what to do. help plz

Hi Narimane,

 

It looks your fixed-price contract was just recently closed and the client requested refund. You may approve the refund or dispute it but most importantly communicate with your client to make sure there is no misunderstanding.
