Rethink your profile. You are offering 4 wildly different skills which makes you look like someone who doesn't know how to do any one thing well, and your profile starts with "My objective is to find work I can do from home" which is of no interest to any client.
Clients want to know what you can do for them and how hiring you will be of benefit to them, not that you want to stay at home.
Data Entry is a no-skills-needed-lowest-price-wins category with hundreds of thousands of desperados in it, so trying to break into that at all, let alone with an hourly rate of $ 12 is probably futile.
Pick the one skill you actually have somethinkg to offer in and concentrate your profile around that.

So my hourly rate is okay or i should change it?

Nobody can tell you if your hourly rate is OK until you have fixed your profile and made up your mind which skill you want to sell. Once you have established that, you can research at what price point people from your demographic with your level of skills and experience are hired.
