i have requested to change my name , i have mistakenly placed my name and requested to change

i have signed up and at that moment i have placed my nickname over there , but then reading about the upwork i have came to know that i must enter that information which is mentioned at my national ID Card. I have requested to change my name and my request has been rejected , i am unable to generate any request at support. Kindly someone please guide me about this issue.
