Please refund my amount I am poor student already and assistant is hired by mistake and it charge 29 dollars I don't need her to hire people ... I already have a low budget for work, how I am able to hire someone for hiring people....please do something and refund me.

and even she is online from Monday to Friday and I want to hire today Sunday...

I checked your account and I'm not quite sure what you are referring to. I see that you have upgraded one of your job posts to a Featured Job and also, sent an offer to a freelancer for the same amount.

If you want to withdraw the offer you sent to the freelancer, you can do that by going to the offer page and clicking on the green 'Withdraw Offer' as shown in this screenshot. You can also check out this help article for more information about that.

If you were referring to refund the Featured Job, please let us know so that we can assist you further with that.

I have a friend who has very little money.

She accepted a job working as an assistant.

She worked very hard, for many hours. Her hourly rate was only $4/hour. She ended up billing $29 worth of time.

She really needed that money to pay for medicine for her infant nephew. But then the client said that he hired her by mistake. The client decided not to pay her at all.

What if this imagined scenario happened to you? How would that make you feel?

I believe in the first place, she rates her hour at minimum 15$/hour, particularly, if she is going to work hard, plus, how the client dare, after all these hours, and simply said that he hired her by "mistake", and will not pay her just a little amount of money this can not be tolerated. The freelancer if she believes in her capabilities and skills set, have to raise her hourly rate, to avoid just similar mistakes in the upcoming project.

In the first place you should not be writing papers for other students, and if you are trying to make money by farming out this sort of work to other freelancers, then you are only getting what you deserve. 

Whatever the case, "mistakes" of this sort can only be down to the person who makes them.  I suggest you completely revise your business options and your ethical approach to freelancing.
