Im working with first time upwork client now, and im not sure if  this milestone made properly

my guess is, it's how it looks without the money transfered?

so i cant submit work or  it doesnt appear to be active  in my jobs section

 or is it something esle?

Ask your client to set up (funded) the next (2nd) milestone. Once it has been updated, the 'Submit Work/Request Payment' button will be available for you.
