Hi Nargis,

Could you please clarify what type of information are you looking for?

Jennifer, thanks for the formula, good timing seeing the question we received on a different thread 🙂

There is no algorithm for job invitations as they depend on the action of a client.

It sounds like you're interested to know the process of how a client invites a freelancer to a job post?  There is no "algorithm".

If so, clients do searches based on their needs (ex: geographic location, top rated, earned more than $10K, etc.).  They review the profiles in the search and choose the ones they want to invite to the job.

As a client, one of the most successful "algorithms" I have found is to not search at all.

For highly-technical jobs, I simply post a brief, accurate description of what I want done. I state that I want to work with somebody immediately.

Then I post the job, hire the first person who applies, and get the work done.

This approach has been very effective for me. I can typically find and hire a freelancer to do the work within 15 to 20 minutes.
