job last interaction +15 days with no hire

Hello,

I submitted 2 job proposals more than 17 days ago which neither job has posted a hire. Is it possible to have the connects returned?

No. Connects are only returned if the client closes the job post without a hire or Upwork closes it for violation of the terms of service. Job posts expiring or being closed with a hire do not result in a return of the connects.

The only way connects are returned is if the client cancels the job or the job posting is found to violate Upwork's TOS and is thus cancelled for them.  Otherwise your connects are spent and you are not returned.
